Founded in 2004, the Company has an agriculture business in Latvia. It cultivates grains which are sold to grain wholesalers. The Company owns 30ha of land and in total it manages 170ha. For the 2021 season, the Company already has a grain agreement with Dobeles Dzirnavnieks for a set price of EUR 164 per ton. To purchase seeds and pay for fuel, the Company is seeking EUR 7,270 financing for 6 months. The loan will carry a 6.60% annual interest rate (0.55% monthly) and it will be amortised at the end of the term.
