The Company is operating since 2005. It offers telecommunication system installation services in Latvia. The Company’s provided services include a full process cycle starting from designing and engineering the telecommunication solutions to the final installation of antennas, metal structures, cables, and telecommunication towers. The Company’s clients include the largest telecommunication companies in Latvia. Recently the Company signed an agreement to design, engineer, and build 2 specialized environment monitoring towers with a total agreement value of EUR 940,000. According to the agreement the Company will receive a significant advanced payment after all the necessary building permissions will be issued. The Company is already in the final stage of receiving all the permissions, however, to meet the project deadlines outsourced production of concrete and metal structures must be started. Therefore, the Company is currently seeking EUR 153,006 financing for 4 months to make an advanced payment to metal and concrete structure manufacturers. Investors are offered 12.6% annual interest (1.05% monthly) with monthly interest payments and principal repayment at the end of the loan term. Principal repayment will be made after receiving advanced payment from the client. The Company’s owner provides a personal guarantee for the loan agreement. The project risk rate is B (80 out of 100).
