The Company was established in 1991 and is an experienced engineer and producer of manufacturing equipment and production lines. The Company is specialized in the production of fish processing facilities, however, the Company produces and supplies packing and manufacturing equipment to a wide range of production companies. Machinery produced by the Company has been exported to more than 40 countries worldwide and export forms 80% of total turnover. Recently, the Company has finished and installed the automated packing line for Orkla for the total amount of EUR 560,000. However, the payment is pending due to minor technical details.  The customer already has received and signed the invoice and the amendment to the purchase agreement about additional improvements is signed already. Therefore, the Company is seeking additional financing of EUR 205,112 for 2 month-period to cover running costs until the payment from Orkla is received. Investors are offered 13.50% annual (1.12% monthly) interest with monthly interest payments and principal repayment at the end of the term. The loan is secured with two personal guarantees from the beneficial owner of the Company and from the chairman of the board.

The Company is a repeat client of Capitalia and successfully has repaid 2 loans for a total amount of EUR 350,000 on time.
