The Company was established in 2009 and is engaged in lighting systems design, wholesale and retail trade. The Company started activities as pioneers of LED lighting solutions in Lithuania and in addition to trade they assemble and produce custom design lighting solutions. They operate six stores for retail trade, five in Lithuania and one in Latvia as well as an e-shop. Currently, the Company has an opportunity to use its supply chain from China to deliver face masks. Order is already in place from one of the largest pharmaceuticals wholesalers in the Baltics. For the execution of this order the Company is looking for short term financing of EUR 81,880 for 2 months period to make a payment for the supplier. Investors are offered a premium 15.00% annual (1.25 % monthly) interest with monthly interest payments and principal repayment at the end of the term. The loan is secured with a pledge on debtors as well as 2 personal guarantees from the only shareholder of the Company and his wife.There is a number of factors that make lending to the Company an attractive opportunity and the main highlights are the following:

Despite the fact that retail stores are closed during quarantine, the Company has enough active lighting projects from shops and offices as well as online sales are increasing. Financing is needed for an additional activity that is available to the Company due to its contacts for supply from China and the order from the buyer.
