The Company, established in 1992, has several business activities including transportation services, construction works, and quarrying. Currently, the main activity is transporting concrete, glass, and metal structures for the large and well-known construction company UPB to its construction objects mainly in Sweden. The Company operates 3 trucks out of which 2 are owned by a related company and 1 is owned by the Company itself. Trailers are owned by the Company. The Company in cooperation with UPB, SIA  has spotted an opportunity to start offering trailer loading service (for transportation purposes 3 empty trailers are stacked on top of each other to save on ferry ticket and fuel costs) in one of the ports in Sweden. Currently, the Company is seeking EUR 17,850 financing for 24 months to cover the safety deposit and first-month rent for rental land in Sweden where services will be provided. The loan will carry a 6.48% annual interest (0.54% monthly) with a monthly amortization schedule. The loan is fully secured with a guarantee from the European Investment Fund as well as a personal guarantee from the owner.
