Founded in 2011, the Company is engaged in the construction business. Its main services include indoor works, roofing, and facade work. The Company works only as a general constructor. The Company’s clients include private individuals, municipalities, and other companies. The Company has recently won a municipality tender worth EUR 90,000.  Thus it is seeking EUR 20,891 financing for 24 months to purchase a minibus and as working capital to finance the new construction project. The loan will carry an 8.04% annual interest rate (0.67% monthly) and it will be amortized monthly. The financing benefits from a guarantee from the European Investment Fund which allows Capitalia to provide a buyback guarantee in case such guaranteed loan becomes default. In addition, the loan is secured with a personal guarantee from the owner.
