The Company is a plastic waste trading company. It is a part of a larger company group that is trading both – paper and plastic waste. The plastic and paper waste are bought from various sources – waste collection companies, directly from production, wholesale, and retail companies e.t.c. The Company itself is managing and overlooking all the processes from waste collection to deliveries to the final customers. Physical services such as transportation and warehousing are outsourced. The Company’s clients are generally manufacturing companies producing goods from reusable waste. The main sales markets for the Company currently are Finland, Germany, and Poland, however, the Company is expanding also to non-European markets. The Company has recently started sales to countries in Asia and the Middle East. The sales cycle to these countries is longer than when trading only in Europe and requires additional working capital. Therefore, to continue growth in existing markets and compensate for a longer sales cycle in the new markets the Company is seeking EUR 255,000 expansion working capital financing for 24 months. The loan will carry an 11.76% annual interest rate (0.98% monthly) with monthly interest payments and principal repayment starting from the 7th month. The Company group’s mother company’s guarantee is provided. The project risk rate is B (85 out of 100).
