The Company is operating in the construction industry by building houses for both private individuals and companies, providing inside renovation works as well as designs and JÄMERÄ Scandinavian houses from lightweight concrete. Currently, the Company is executing four projects in Latvia, Estonia and Faroe islands, but the Covid-19 crisis and closed borders have slowed down some of the projects, therefore, the Company is looking for a EUR 10,450 loan for 12 months to cover the expenses for materials and payments to suppliers for the international projects. The loan will carry a 7.2% annual interest (0.60% monthly) and it will be amortised monthly. The loan is fully secured by a guarantee from European Investment Fund as well as a personal guarantee from the owner.

There is a number of factors that make lending to the Company an attractive opportunity and the main highlights are the following:

The loan is fully secured with European Investment Fund guarantee and the owner’s personal guarantee;
The financing is needed for several projects whose total value is at least EUR 457,079.
