The Company is a fast-growing venture capital backed property visualization provider. It has developed a 360-degree camera that can be used to efficiently scan and photograph interiors of apartments and houses. The Company operates a subscription based business model whereas the produced cameras are rented out to real estate brokerage companies across Western Europe in return receiving monthly or quarterly subscription fees. After more than two years of active product development, the Company has recently attracted reputable Baltic and UK-based angel and venture capital investors (led by Change Ventures fund) to boost its expansion, mainly in Western Europe and the UK market. Capitalia is also one of the investors in its latest equity raising round. To facilitate growth and satisfy unmet demand from customers, the Company seeks further venture debt of EUR 103,000 for 18 month period to finance the production of needed cameras.

Investors are offered 13.8% annual interest with monthly interest payments and principal repayment starting from the 9th month. The loan will be provided to the parent company, located in the UK, with a guarantee from the Latvian company. Pledge on the produced and rented camera equipment will be provided.
