The Company was established in 2016 and offers architectural and design services. The Company works with both: public construction projects such as hospitals, schools etc. and privately held projects. Currently, the Company is looking for EUR 15,540 working capital financing for 3 months period to pay salaries and to subcontractor companies for the execution of several projects. The loan will carry a 7.68% annual interest (0.64% monthly) with monthly interest payments and principal repayment at the end of the term. The loan is fully secured with a guarantee from the European Investment Fund as well as a personal guarantee from the owner.
