The Company was established in 2009 and is engaged in lighting systems design, wholesale and retail trade. The Company started activities as pioneers of LED lighting solutions in Lithuania and in addition to trade they assemble and produce custom design lighting solutions for shops, HoReCa and others. Currently, they have six stores for retail trade, five in Lithuania and one in Latvia. The Company is currently looking for additional financing of EUR 51,890 for 12 months period to increase production volume and prepare for high season (autumn, winter). Investors are offered 12.72% annual (1.06 % monthly) interest with a standard monthly amortization schedule. The loan is secured with a personal guarantee from the only shareholder of the Company.There is a number of factors that make lending to the Company an attractive opportunity and the main highlights are the following:
