More than half of the projects are located in Belgium and include roofing installation for manufacturing facilities, bank, logistics companies, and public tender projects. The Company is currently looking for additional working capital of EUR 123,440 for 12 months period to purchase materials for signed contracts execution, buy new equipment and expand the team of employees. The loan is secured with a pledge of debtors and 3 personal guarantees from the owners and managers. In addition, the fourth guarantee is provided by the related company. Lenders are offered 15.00% annual (1.25% monthly) interest rate with a monthly amortization schedule. The Company has excellent previous payment discipline with Capitalia since 2016 and has successfully used almost EUR 2 Mill. of invoice financing service.
