The Company specializes in design, sales, maintenance and service of rotating equipment such as compressors, gas engines, power generators, filtrations units, monitoring and production control systems. The Company is currently looking for financing of EUR 101,700 for 4 months period in order to make the final payment to crankshaft manufacturer. The loan is secured with collateral of residential property in Vilnius with the market value of EUR 85,200, company’s long-term assets pledge and a personal guarantee from the manager. Lenders are offered 14.04% annual (1.17% monthly) interest with monthly interest payments and principal payment at the end of the term. There is a number of factors that make lending to the Company an attractive opportunity and the main highlights are the following:
