The Company specializes in the design, sales, maintenance, and service of rotating equipment such as compressors, gas engines, power generators, filtrations units, monitoring and production control systems. The Company is currently looking for financing of EUR 72,390 for 12 months period for working capital to make initial prepayments to manufacturers of equipment and parts. The loan is secured with collateral of residential property in Vilnius with the market value of EUR 85,200, and a personal guarantee from the manager. Lenders are offered 12.72% annual (1.06% monthly) interest with a monthly amortization schedule. The Company has been a client of Capitalia and has repaid EUR 100,000 loan.There is a number of factors that make lending to the Company an attractive opportunity and the main highlights are the following:
