The Company was established in 1992 and is a television and internet provider. Telecommunication services are provided in Riga residential districts. Districts currently covered are Vemīlgrāvis, Mangaļsala, Mangaļi, Bolderāja, Daugavgrīva, Āgenskalns, and some parts of Teika and Pļavnieki. To reach new customers in new areas, in the last years the Company has made significant investments in the optical cable network using its own funds. To speed up and continue expansion, the Company is seeking EUR 52,500 financing for 36 months to finance new cable installation. Investors are offered a 12.12% annual (1.01% monthly) interest rate with a monthly amortization schedule. The loan will be secured with a mortgage pledge of a residential building in Riga with a market value of EUR 185,000 (LTV 28.4%) according to Latio’s valuation from May 23rd. In addition, a personal guarantee from the owner is provided.
