The Company was established in 2009 and is engaged in lighting systems design, wholesale, and retail trade. The Company started activities as pioneers of LED lighting solutions in Lithuania and in addition to trade they assemble and produce custom design lighting solutions. They operate three stores for retail trade, two in Lithuania and one in Latvia as well as an e-shop. In the second quarter of 2020, the Company had an opportunity to use its supply chain from China to deliver face masks. This new activity generated a turnover of over EUR 2 million. Currently, the Company is seeking EUR 153,600 financing for 12 months. 55% of the loan will be used to purchase and install new showrooms, renovate existing showrooms, update their online websites, and install B2B online system. The remaining part of the loan will be used for working capital, to purchase stock, and pay suppliers. Lenders are offered 10.92% annual (0.91% monthly) interest with monthly amortization starting from the 4th month. The loan is secured with two personal guarantees from the only shareholder and the manager of the Company.
