Commercial pledge secured expansion financing for a profitable transportation and storage services provider (II)

Kokkuvõte
The Company provides transportation and storage services for transportation companies and larger market chains both individually and in cooperation with larger transportation companies. The Company also provides transportation and pick up-pack-dispatch services for large retailers, such as Ikea. In the upcoming months, the Company will begin providing transportation and pick up-pack-dispatch services for Lidl, which will be the largest project for the Company so far. Therefore, the Company is seeking EUR 42,000 financing for 36 months to purchase three additional trucks. The loan will carry a 13.68% annual interest rate (1.14% monthly) and it will be amortised monthly. The financing will be secured with a pledge on four trucks the Company purchases altogether and with a guarantee from the owner.

Altogether the Company will receive financing in the amount of EUR 67,000to be fully equipped to increase the capacity and service Lidl. The second financing of EUR 25,000 will be used to purchase one more truck and it will be secured with an European Investment Fund guarantee.

There are a number of factors that make investment in the Company an attractive opportunity and the main highlights are as follows:
  • The financing will be secured with a commercial pledge on four trucks the Company purchases.
  • The Company has no other financial liabilities and it has a strong equity-to-assets ratio of 64%.
  • The Company’s clients are large and reputable transportation, wholesale and retail companies.
