The Company, founded in 2015, designs planners and organizers. All products designed by the Company are oriented to self-development, goals achievement, time and money management. The production is outsourced in China and products are directly shipped to Amazon’s warehouses in the USA and Europe. The main sales channel is Amazon and 85% of revenue is generated in the USA market. The high season for the Company is in December and January when trading volumes increase more than four times. In order to stock the required amount of products for the high season, the Company is seeking working capital financing of EUR 816,000 for a 9-month period. Investors are offered a 1.25% monthly interest (15% annually) with monthly interest payments and principal repayment starting with the sixth month (in January 2021). The loan is secured with 2 personal guarantees from both owners and a commercial pledge to the Company's assets. The Company is a repeat client of Capitalia and was issued a loan of EUR 300,000 last year with a similar repayment schedule.
