Products are distributed through major pharmacies, retail and cosmetic chains like Europharmacy, Maxima, Rimi, Douglas, Kristiana and Gym Plius. The Company is looking for a short term seasonal financing of EUR 51,620 for 5 months term. Lenders are offered a 15.72% annual (1.31% monthly) interest rate with monthly interest payments and principal repayment in July and August. The loan is secured with two personal guarantees and a related company guarantee. We set a minimum EUR 30,000 threshold for financing and in such case, the loan agreement will be signed for a smaller financing amount.

The Company keeps close contact with partners and all of them are preparing for the summer season. Financing is needed to fulfill Europharmacy and upcoming Maxima orders. Pharmacies and stores like Maxima are open and serve customers during the quarantine. Regarding loan repayment, the Company has already planned a few scenarios. In case season will be as planned, then repayment will happen from high season income. However, if the season will be smaller, then the Company can cancel May and June planned purchases of new inventory and use funds to repay the loan. Cost cutting measures are also being taken during the lock down period.
