The Company, established in 2013, does wholesale trade of fresh and frozen food products. Their product range includes fruits, berries, and wild mushrooms. The Company provides flexible, customer-focused solutions, from product packaging to product delivery for their local as well as foreign buyers such as HoReCa, bakeries and ready-meal producers. The Company is seeking additional financing of EUR 61,890 for 12 months period in order to purchase additional inventory for production and refinance remaining loan from the first project (EUR 22 thousand). The loan is secured with real estate pledge of 2- room apartment in Tartu, Estonia with a total area of 74.4 sq/m and market value of 83,000 EUR. Lenders are offered 13.80% annual (1.15% monthly) interest with a monthly amortization schedule. This is a second loan offered to lenders for co-financing. All repayments of the first loan were made on time.
