Founded in 2012, the Company sells products related to laboratory analysis in clinical diagnosis and various medical equipment. The clients of the Company are hospitals and health services providers in Latvia. It has benefitted from the ongoing Covid-19 crisis, since the Company was one of the first to offer high-quality face masks in Latvia. Currently, the Company has a contract with Rīgas Austrumu Klīniskās Universitātes Slimnīca (RAKUS) hospital to provide two air-disinfectant devices for the critical Covid-19 patients. The equipment is already produced, however RAKUS will have a 30 days payment term after reception of the product. Therefore, the Company is looking for a EUR 43,588 loan for 2 months to settle for the devices with the producer. The loan will carry a 12% annual interest rate (1% monthly) and the loan will be amortised monthly. The loan is secured with a personal guarantee from the owner and a commercial pledge on the Company’s assets.
