The Company, established in 2010, is a wood material production company. The Company does production of boards and many other high-value timber products such as timber decking, cladding, wooden laths, and more. It has various production premises in Latvia where different stages of the production process are carried out. The Company has been recently investing a significant amount of its funds in the modernization and development of its manufacturing facilities, leading to a gap in working capital to purchase raw materials timely to get better prices.

Therefore, the Company is seeking EUR 206,480 financing for 12 months to settle with suppliers of roundwood. The loan will carry a 14.28% annual interest rate (1.19% monthly) and it will be amortized starting from the 4th month. Personal guarantees of all the Company’s shareholders will be provided. The project risk rate is C (79 out of 100). This project has a minimum financing threshold of EUR 103,240 in order to be executed.
