Working capital financing for an established woodworking company
The Company, registered since 2012, specializes in wooden finishing boards such as painted, stained, oiled, lacquered, and fire-protected wood panels. The Company works with suppliers of unprocessed boards, and their value-add lies within sewing and painting the boards which are later to be used in construction of buildings. Company’s premises are located in the Riga suburbs. The Company has a large portfolio of finished projects and does business with both private and public entities across Latvia, Sweden and Norway. The Company is looking for a working capital loan which would allow them to buy more unprocessed logs to get a bulk discount.
Therefore, the Company is seeking EUR 20,960 financing for 12 months to settle with suppliers. The loan will carry a 15.72% annual interest rate (1.31% monthly) and it will be amortized monthly. A personal guarantee, as well as guarantees from two related Companies will be provided. The project risk rate is D (65 out of 100).
