BRICK, UAB restarted its activities at the beginning of 2022. The main activity of the Company is the sale and installation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) equipment. The product range includes air conditioning systems, air-to-air heat pumps, air-water and ground-water heat pumps (geothermal heating), and ventilation systems. Services include the installation of engineering networks (electrical installation, heating, water supply, automation). The Company provides installation services to individuals and companies in Lithuania and Finland. Currently, the Company is executing an HVAC project in Akropolis shopping center. The overall agreement value is EUR 121,179. The Company has to pay suppliers, salaries, while the payment term of invoices is 30 days.

Therefore, the Company is seeking EUR 68,256 financing for 3 months to make payments to suppliers and pay salaries. The loan will carry a 12.12% annual interest rate (1.01% monthly) and it will be amortized at the end of the loan term. The loan will be secured with a personal guarantee from the owner.

The project risk rate is C (79 out of 100).
