The group of 7 companies was established in 2007 and is engaged in the wholesale trade of construction materials and apartment lease. Borrower is one of the group's companies and its main activity is the development of residential and commercial real estate projects in Lithuania, as well as real estate lease. The group  has long-term experience in real estate development industry and have completed multiple projects, including 18,000m2 industrial premises in Paneriai, 4 semi-detached residential houses in Bendoriai district and 5 residential houses in Bajorai district, Vilnius area. The Company is currently looking for additional financing of EUR 164,000 for 12 months period in order to refinance currently existing loan on the collateral. The loan is secured with a personal guarantee from the owner and real estate pledge - 274,29 m2 apartment with 578 m2 land plot in Vilnius, Lithuania with a market value of EUR 233,000 (valuation by Oberhaus). Lenders are offered 12% annual (1% monthly) interest with loan repayment at the end of the term, with a possibility to repay the loan early after 3 months.
