Founded in 2014, the Company operates in the forestry sector – it cleans forests and sells wood. The main clients of the Company are wood product manufacturers in Latvia. The Company has 5 trucks for transporting the woods. Now the Company plans to expand and purchase one more truck. Therefore, the Company is seeking EUR 15,675 financing for 24 months. The loan will carry an 8.04% annual interest rate (0.67% monthly) and it will be amortised monthly. The financing benefits from a guarantee from the European Investment Fund which allows Capitalia to provide a buyback guarantee in case such guaranteed loan becomes default. In addition, the loan is secured with a personal guarantee from the owner.
