The Company started operations in 2009 and since then is doing trade of roofing materials. The main warehouse and office are located in Vilnius and 11 shops are all around Lithuania. Turnover of the business is diversified across 4 main areas - 40% from sales to construction companies, 30% from retail buyers, 20% from DIY shops and 10% from flat roofs construction department. Since 2016 the Company is also manufacturing tinplate profile roofs as well as complementary tinplate parts. Produced roofs and parts trade sums to around 15% of all income. Currently, the Company is looking for seasonal EUR 51,620 financing for 6 months term in order to purchase raw material of tinplate while the prices are low. Lenders are offered 11.40% annual interest with a monthly amortization schedule. The loan is secured by a personal guaranty from the CEO as well as 2 production equipment units pledge which were purchased for a total amount of EUR 77,000.
