The Company was established in 2009 and until 2017 it was producing electronic devices such as home security systems and baby monitoring phones. Since 2017 the Company started providing 3D printing, CNC cutting, and metalworking services to other producers. At the beginning of this year using Capitalia bridge financing the Company has acquired metalworking equipment set to expand its operations and the range of services. Currently, the Company is seeking EUR 107,500 financing for 24 months to refinance the bridge loan of Capitalia since the bank refinancing got postponed. The loan is secured with an asset pledge on the Company's production equipment worth EUR 236,000 and 4 personal guarantees from the owner and 3 involved business partners. The loan will carry a 12.72% annual interest rate (1.06% monthly) with a monthly repayment schedule and partial loan repayment at the end of the term. Monthly payments will amortize EUR 42 thousand of the principal during the loan term leaving EUR 65 thousand as a bullet payment at the end of the term.

The Company is a repeat client of Capitalia and the existing loan has been serviced with good payment discipline. The bridge loan repayment was structured from two parts: 40% principal shortly after initial financing from government support and 60% principal at the end of the term via a bank loan. The Company has successfully repaid the first part of the principal (EUR 80,000).
