The Company, established in 2011, has been successfully developing residential and administrative projects in Lithuania. Company’s services include the design of multi-apartment houses and commercial objects, sales services upon construction and registration of the building, and real estate project management. The Company is currently looking for additional financing of EUR 92,600 for a 12-months period to finance ongoing projects. The loan is secured with real estate pledge of a residential building with 0.0488 residential land plot in Vilnius and a personal guarantee from a business owner. The building is 80% finished and has a total area of 115.45 sq/m and market value of EUR 115,000. Investors are offered 11.04% annual (0.92% monthly) interest with a standard amortization schedule.
