The Company was established in 1999 and is operating a farming business. The Company grows grain crops and potatoes that are sold to grain wholesalers and producers. The Company manages 1,400 ha of agricultural land: 100 ha are used to grow potatoes and the rest is used to grow grain crops. The Company itself owns 50 ha, while the rest of land is rented. To purchase an additional agricultural land of 39,5 ha, the Company is seeking financing of EUR 65,910 for 6 months period. The loan will carry a 10.32% annual interest rate (0.86% monthly) with a monthly amortization schedule. The loan is secured with a mortgage on an agricultural land property with the total area 36 ha as well as a personal guarantee from the owner.
