The Company is seeking additional financing of EUR 104,000 for a 24-month period in order to open a warehouse in Poland and increase inventory. Investors are offered a 14.04% annual (1.17% monthly) interest with a monthly amortization schedule. The loan is secured with an inventory pledge and a personal guarantee from the business owner.
