The Company is a part of a group of companies operating in the e-commerce and real estate industries. The Company provides services to an Amazon seller incorporated in the US, which is a part of the group. The Amazon seller operates in the US marketplace and primarily sells beauty, personal care and home products. The Amazon seller is looking to increase its sales, however the existing stock is not enough to satisfy the increasing demand.

Therefore, the Company is seeking EUR 123,340 financing for 12 months to increase the inventory of the related entity. The loan will carry a 11.4% annual interest rate (0.95% monthly) and it will be amortized at the end of the term. The loan will be secured with a first rank mortgage on two apartments in Riga with the total market value of EUR 176,000 (LTV 70%). In addition the owner of the Company will provide a personal guarantee for the loan. The loan repayment could come from various sources - operating cash flow from the group, refinancing of the loan to another lender or repayment from the guarantor’s private funds. The project risk rate is B (85 out of 100).
