The Company was established in 2005 and its core business is retail sales of used cars. Supplementary business directions are full-service leasing and car repair shop. Cars for sale are not older than 5 years and are imported from Germany, Sweden, and other Western European countries. All cars are checked and have a producers or Company’s guaranty as well as original mileage and service history. Currently, the Company is looking for additional financing of EUR 104,000 for 24 month-period to import more cars and optimize transportation costs. The loan is secured with a land pledge in Adaži with an estimated market value of EUR 161,000 and a personal warranty of the owner. The loan will carry 15.00% annual interest rate (1.25% monthly) with a quarterly repayment schedule.
