The Company was established in 2014 and is engaged in manufacturing and wholesale trade of outdoor and indoor LED lighting solutions, which can be used in a variety of areas such as houses, offices, industrial facilities, sports grounds, outdoor areas, street lighting, etc. Currently the Company sells 70% of production in Lithuania and largest buyers include DIY retail trade chains and wholesalers of electrical products. The remaining production is exported to Latvia, Estonia, Finland, and Sweden. Due to rapid expansion and growth, The Company is currently looking for additional financing of EUR 51,600 for 12 months period in order to purchase raw materials. Investors are offered 13.80% annual (1.15 % monthly) interest with a standard monthly amortization schedule. The loan is secured with a personal guaranty from the main beneficial owner of the Company.There is a number of factors that make lending to the Company an attractive opportunity and the main highlights are the following:
