Company’s services include design of multi-apartment houses and commercial objects, sales services upon construction and registration of the building and real estate project management. Company is currently looking for additional financing of EUR 156,000 for 24-month period in order to purchase land plot in Vilnius and finance ongoing real estate development projects. Loan is secured with real estate pledge of residential building in Vilnius, with total area of 138.94 sq/m and market value of EUR 152,000, two residential land plots in Trakai district, with an area of 0.2104 ha and 0.2334 ha, and market values of EUR 20,000 and EUR 23,000 respectively, 100% of shares of related company and personal guarantee from a business owner. Investors are offered 11.04% annual (0.92% monthly) interest with quarterly amortization schedule.
