Summary
The company, established in 2016, conducts investments in real estate. Last year the Company has started a new investment project related to the acquisition of 7 small sized apartments in Riga. Due to the delayed execution of the project mentioned above, Company is currently looking for additional financing of EUR 122,000 for a 12-month period in order to refinance existing Capitalia liabilities. Investors are offered a 13,2% annual (1,1% monthly) interest rate with monthly interest payments and principal repayment at the end of the term. The loan is secured with real estate collateral of an apartment in the center of Riga worth EUR 140,500. Loan principal repayment is planned as soon as pledged real estate will be sold so early repayment is expected.In addition to the real estate collateral, personal guarantee of the manager is provided. 

There is a number of factors that make investment in the Company an attractive opportunity and the main highlights are the following: 
  • The loan is secured with a residential property with LTV 87%;
  • A clear plan on repayment of the loan by sale of apartment in the center of Riga.
