Real estate collateral secured financing for a profitable forestry business (II)

Summary
The Company operates in the forestry industry – it purchases various forestland properties, saws the forests itself or outsources other service providers, and sells the wood and agricultural properties which the Company is not interested in. The Company currently owns more than 120ha of land. The Company has found numerous additional land plots and felling permits, which it also plans to treat and sell. Therefore, the Company is seeking financing of EUR 117,303 for 12 months. The loan part of EUR 46,228.43 will be used to refinance the existing Capitalia loan. The remaining amount will be used to acquire additional forest land plots or felling permits for cutting. The loan will carry a 9.84% annual interest rate (0.82% monthly) and it will be amortized monthly starting from the fourth month. The loan will be secured with a pledge on residential real estate in Riga, valued at EUR 185,000 (LTV of 63%) and with a personal guarantee of the procurator of the Company.

The Company is a repeat client of Capitalia and has partly repaid the existing Capitalia loan with an excellent payment discipline.
