Operations manager

Capitalia is the leading financer for small and medium enterprises in the Baltic sea region. Operating since 2007 we have financed more than 5000 businesses through our investment platform and funds. Risk manager will be helping us to manage the operations and ensure necessary regulatory and risk compliance.

Responsibilities	Performing KYC checks on new and existing customers according to the company’s AML procedures Checking completeness of loan file before loan disbursement Processing loan disbursement payments and loan repayments Preparing internal and external reports Performing other risk management tasks Participating in the development of risk management procedures
Apply if	You have at least two-year experience in compliance, risk management or back-office positions in the financial services industry. Good knowledge of business lending products will be considered an advantage Knowledge of Latvian AML legislation requirements will be considered an advantage You pay strong attention to detail, keep yourself organized Able to use your independent judgement to identify and mitigate risks You are proficient in Latvian and English. You have good communication skills, including written communication in English
