The Company is one of the global leaders in the production of custom made vertical wind tunnels and in the provision of flight shows. The Company on daily basis design, manufacture, install and operate vertical wind tunnels for different functions all over the world, including entertainment, indoor skydiving, show business, brand promotional events, movies, and military training. Since the Company has several large ongoing projects it seeks for financing of EUR 235,370 for 6 month period in order to execute existing projects and settle with suppliers while pending payments from customers have not been received yet. The loan is secured by a commercial pledge on 2 vertical wind tunnels in the total value of EUR 628,453  and by 3 personal guarantees from two shareholders and one board member each covering proportional size of the loan according to their part in the Company(21%,10%, 69%). Investors are offered 10.44 % annual (0.87% monthly) interest with monthly interest payments and principal repayment starting from 4th month.
